SAFARI & COOKIES
Safari users may experience issues when using our home page login box. This issue is caused by Safari's "Accept Cookies" default setting being set to "Never" or "Only from sites you navigate to". The Online Banking system is a different website address embedded within our website. If this setting is not changed, the cookie will not be accepted into Safari and the login will fail.
To successfully login using our home page login box, we recommend adjusting the following option:
Set "Accept Cookies" to "Always" or "Block cookies" to "Never"
SAFARI DESKTOP FIX:
- Open the Safari "Preferences" pane:
Windows: Click the Settings button and select “Preferences…”. The Preferences pane will open.
Mac: Click "Safari" in the file menu at the top of your screen and select "Preferences...". The Preferences pane will open.
- Click the "Security" lock icon.
- In the "Block Cookies" section, click the "Never" option.
- Close the window.
SAFARI MOBILE FIX iPHONE OR iPAD:
- Open settings
- Scroll down to Safari.
- In the "Accept Cookies" section, click the "Always" option.
